13 Ghosts - when the lawyer gets cut in half by the glass doors and his front half slides down the door with his eyes twitching while his back half is still there yuk!!

When the cop gets his ear cut off in Resevoir Dogs and the hard guy holds it up to his mouth and goes "Cooeee, can you hear me?". I can not listen to Gerry Raffertey and Steeler's Wheel singing 'Stuck in the middle with you' without recalling that scene.

As Olly's post, and also the bit in Hannibal where he slices a piece off the FBI guy's brain, frys it, and feeds it to him

The second in Final Destination when the rather nice female steps out in front of the bus. WHAMMM!

Never mind the Mini's, or even the Lambo, what about 2 E-Types and an Aston Martin being flung over a cliff or squashed...
Don't know the film, but a Queen/Cleopatra type selects one of her soldiers to prove his loyalty by sliding down a slide which is basically a huge blade. Crossing my legs over that one.
Also, from Hannibal, the bit where he guts the Policeman and then chucks hims off a balcony.
Scene from The Fly (2?) where Jeff Goldblum vomits over a guys hand and foot and melts them off.

One that jumps to mind is when a fisherman gets his eyes gouged out with a fish hook, by a nasty spook in "The Fog". Old film, but still can't watch that bit.
Oo, just remembered. Jeepers Creepers. Scared me silly throughout the whole film. Can't stand to hear that song "Jeepers, Creepers, where did you get those peepers". Ahhhhhhhh

Alien - when it pops out of John Hurt's chest.
Jaws - Richard Dreyfus looking into the hole in the side of a boat when the head suddenly appears there.

Olly and Jerome, fear not:
Although all the Coopers used in the film were wrecked, both the Jaguar and the Aston-Martin were restored and still exist. The Jaguar E-type has a particularly interesting history, as it was originally the 12th ever E-Type to be built, and was originally registered as 2 BBC. It was the first ever E-type to compete in Motorsport (at the Shelsey Walsh hillclimb in August 1961) and was subsequently reregistered as 848 CRY. It even has its Own page on the internet! As for the Miura, if you look carefully at the wreck as it rolls down the mountainside you'll notice it has no mechanicals in it. It was merely a mold-buck on a rolling chassis. (You didn't seriously think they'd wreck a real Miura, did you?!)
Borrowed the above - didn't think I'd type all that
Mike.

Starship Troopers, when they're holed up in that base overrun by arachnids, one comes flying in low and they shoot it out of the air for it to come crashing down right on top of some cowardly admiral they saved, spreading him across the floor like jam. The commandos look at eachother and laugh, that's great.

Terminator I, where Arnie performs a "repair" on his arm, with all the metal linkages (sorry, hyper-alloy combat chassis parts ) moving inside the flesh.
Videodrome, where James Woods grows a video slot / vagina in his abdomen. Also where he picks up a gun, and cyborg "tentacles" grow from the gun and burrow into his hand and wrist.
The Thing, where the dog is sitting there quite happily until its head splits into four.
The worst one for me isn't gross but it does my head in. In the Abyss, where Ed Harris' ex-wife has to "drown" (with him watching) so he can swim back to the main vessel with her in tow to try and revive her ... makes me short of breath just thinking about it.
