Just wasted an hour of my life phoning various banks to try to explain their numerous **** ups (which result in me getting threataning letters) . Why are call center workers so bloody thick even getting them to transfer you to a real bank employee is hard enough all they do is repeat the same rubbish over and over again parrot style then transfer you to a manager who trys the same tactic until after half an hour of talking to them like they were eight years old they suddenly get a glimmer of understanding and do what you have been trying to get them to do for hours.

I HATE BANKS, (B),(W),ankers and call centre staff
