Sorry, can't get drugs cheap - only Ribena and Lucazade! (unless I make some myself but that wouldn't be a good idea!) Some people have died whilst taking it but by definition they are heavy smokers and do die from time to time. Some people die whilst playing football - it doesn't mean that playing football is deadly - the media got it wrong that time and relatives tend to look for things to blame - as far as I understand anyway.

Didn't several people die from using this?
Why not just do what my wife and I did - use some will power? Worked perfectly, and neither of us has had a cigarette for nearly 3 years.

Used it nearly 2 years ago. Gave up for 4 months. In the process of giving up the HARD way at the moment. I would not recommend ZYBAN at all. It does work but has MANY side effects. Insomnia is probably the biggest. From my own personal experience this drug should be given to soldiers seeing action as it turned me into a complete Psycho (for the duration only ) I'd find myself trying to pick fights with people who had annoyed me on the tube etc. Scary thing was that the bigger they were, the more i'd wanna land em one. Read the side effects list and make up your own mind. By the way, I got these on the free from my GP.

Zyban is mearly an aid to quitting. Was originally designed to be an anti-depressant, side effect was that original test subjects found it easier to stop smoking!! Thus a new drug was born.
There is no sure way to stop unfortunately apart from will power. Patches, gum, lollies etc just aids, if you want to stop you will have to do the hard work yourself.......

Nope didnt work for me either had similar effects to Domonic A with it, couldnt sleep, made me feel icky all the time, plus was sweating all the time as well, well manky, best to just decide to stop rather than using dodgy drugs to help.....

I gave up using Zyban about 18 months ago.. Wouldn't like to go through that again. The side effects are pretty rough. Insomnia as a few folk have said.. Some days I just felt really spaced out.. hard to describe.. The worst one for me was I itched like a ****** all over my body all the time.. especially at night. I've also put on about 3 stone since I gave up smoking too
Everyone else I know who's been on them has given up because of the side effects. I must just be a freak!?!?!?
