Parking charge notice
Aplogies in advance if this is common knowledge
parked in same place for last 15 years , suddenly got 2 of these through the post . I had no idea this particular stretch road is private ..
the only way to pay for parking is through " Justpark " - an app on your mobile phone if you have one
is there Any grace period between getting out the car , to read the notices , and getting back in paying / shifting offf - or does the paying have to be done before youve even arrived ?/
i was there 9 minutes first time and 5 minutes second time - all on thier poxy cctv

If you’re in Scotland I don’t think a private parking charge can be enforced. Could be wrong on that and it’s totally irrelevant if you’re not in Scotland.

You'd imagine the grace period would be if you'd to go get change for the meter. But if there is no meter to pay you couldn't use that excuse. You could maybe say you tried to download the app but had problems setting it up so you just moved on but not sure you'd get away with that two times.
I use the app often but it acted up on me last week. Said my card details were unusable and to add another payment method. Once I did that it worked again. Same thing happened to my workmate who was parked in front of me at a job. So you could plead "technical issues" for one of the tickets I suppose and chance your arm.

The PPC have snapped one the trucks belonging to business that’s been there 40 years , idling presumably, outside their gates unloading ....
This particular section of road turns out to be private ..
i believe that person wants them out , so can stick houses on there

Not sure which airport it is/was, but they have a sign up with a good five minutes worth of reading on it, basically the T&C's of parking in the airport/grounds/roads etc. Said person stopped to read the sign, got a ticket, the PPC didn't back down, he was a lawyer and took them to the cleaners. Great read. Might be case law now. It's on pepipoo if it still exists. Basically you have to be able to read the T&C's was my understanding at the end of it all.

There's a template and advice on here about it from Martin Lewis
We challenged one a few months ago, basically over fairness and it worked
