As above i need a new laptop. I only use it for browsing and a bit of fostering paperwork. What do i look for,where can i get a good deal ? I dont really know that much about them so you may have to explain a bit. TIA

Chromebook would be more suitable with longer battery life. There is nothing demanding from your requirements. Cheaper by a long way.

You will be able to get a budget spec gaming laptop with ryzen cpu and gpu for about that sort of figure. If your in not too much of a hurry deals for the better spec ones come up all the time.

Or go with something like a surface pro with low spec and you get a nice little laptop.

I have just bought an Acer Swift 3 - Upgraded RAM to 20 Gb and using exclusively as a streaming source for TIDAL/ROON audio
