I personally don't believe any of the above is true. He was very reluctant to stand as leader in the first place, he was in his element on the back benches, and has never shown any appetite for power. If he'd had a burning desire for power, he would have fought harder and smarter. He's a lousy strategist, badly advised. A political lightweight in that respect. Not leadership material. Nothing wrong with a lot of his policies though, and I do believe he's a decent man with principles - which kind of disqualifies him from being a successful politician.

He campaigned for 30 years to leave the EU, then suddenly changed his mind when it suited. He promises stuff he knows, unless his maths are as good as dian abbot, will never work just to try to get votes.
I dont really wanna dig it out again, but he refused to condem the IRA, and yes there is a recording, he condems bombing, he condems the british army, that was nothing to do with the conversation at that point it should be noted, but then wont condem the IRA depsite being pressed to mulltiple times. He also capmaigned to let argentina have falklnds when they invaded, yes a he campainged agaisnt fighting to hold our sovergin teritory. He has said he would discuss diplomatic options with argentina, this goes directly against the will of the people there who are happy with things the way they are.
He's a sniveling weasel of a man who has the principles of whoever has their hand up his backside.

And, job done, you still feel the need to continue the bashing. Let it go. You should be watching this current gov very closely to see if they deliver on their promises, not keep kicking a man who's already dead. Who's going to be the bogey man now?

He is an absolute clown.
He promises ridiculous things with no concept of the cost to the public.
Was it two left feet Abbot that said they would increase the Police force by 20000 or something then when asked the cost she gave a figure that meant the new police officers would be on about £900 a year salary, absolute buffoons.
He appears to me to just want to be controversial in every statement he makes.
He lives in a world far away from reality.
