A friend 🤐 has had sky tv and broadband for 8yrs and after so many issues with the internet he cancelled the internet, multiroom and went to the basic sky package.
His bill went down from £90 a month to £30ish a month.
But he's not had a bill in 2 months since the change..
What should he do? Call to pay arrears, say nothing and see how long he can get away with it or call them to cancel completely as he mainly watches Netflix & Amazon...

Save the money to one side and see how long it lasts. If VM miss a payment they don't like to take it as it's a massive PR nightmare, people set money aside for bills etc.
So I'd guess they wont come for it.

can view bill on sky box try that ans see what happens or log into mysky and see what the subscription is , he may have canceled entirety and went to free sat or just kept pause rewind and record , its called sky + bundle
Also due to pro rata billing if he paid £90 then went to a £30 pm subscription then he may have almost £60 in credit which covers 2 months of bill before money is taken from his bank.
