Default Stuffing a Baked Potato

Pretty basic stuff but I I want some ideas of what to use to stuff a jacket potato. Plenty of recipes on Google but mostly for fancy stuff requiring a dozen ingredients which I don't have.

So give me a few simple thoughts with 2 or 3 ingredients that I may have or can easily get.

Cheers David

Depends how deep you want to stuff it but I would just try with some simple olive oil or something, then slide it on in. Not my thing but each to their own

My sister suggested baked beans and cheese which would be a starting point.

Sorry, yeah for a serious answer I bloody love baked beans and a good strong cheddar on top of a baked potato. Or even just plain with a ton of butter, some chives and sour cream is nice.

Can't beat baked beans and cheese, some nice ham from the butchers sliced into little dices goes well with that combo too.

Rub skin with olive oil and sprinkle with salt before cooking.
A tin of Chili-con-Carne is good.

I'd avoid salting and olive oil before cooking, salt is really bad for you... more so as you age, heating olive oil to that sort of temp basically destroys most of the goodness, much better to put it on after it's cooked... also be sure and eat the skin as it's the best roughage us humans can eat, really good for bowel cleansing.
