OK - say I want send an email or even post on SN. Example I want to write about this item from Beeb site http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-us-2016-36935175

But just have link called say Trump Again

What do I need to do?

You need to set it out like below:

[url = "http://www.your web link here"]your own title here[ / url]

But delete any spaces within the protocol (in bold).
I had to put them in so that the protocol example wouldn't be turned into a link itself!

For some reason you used 'curly' brackets - instead of the 'square' type, as posted.

Plus you didn't get rid of the spaces, like I mentioned.

Several senior moments there. But I found my glasses and now know where [ and ] are! Note your comments re spaces and will correct.


FWIW the link I am posting is actually an interesting confirmation of how my catalyst can improve the combustion process (I promise this wasn't a hidden agenda in my post )
