From this spec...
2.0L 4 cylinder engine
16 Valves
Variable valve timing, steel tubular exhaust manifold
150ps non turbo
4wd with viscous diffs centre & rear, that can do doughnuts on ice/snow/very greasy roads with ease
Front strut brace as standard
235 section tyres
Air & CD as standard
Indicated 125 mph (where allowed*)
Any Ideas?

Why were you blind folded? or have you forgotten?
Mitubishi Pjaro/Shogan Evo?
Sounds like a Skoda except for the Variable Valve timing? didn't think they had that yet?

2.0l Variable valve timing would suggest Honda - but the power is too low. K-Series ?
A seven style kit car based on a 4wd drivetrain with K series power ?

VVT also points to Toyota - I was going to say new MR2, til I saw the 4WD drive bit.
Are they bringing out a Yaris 4x4???

Nahh
Must be a RAV4
2.0-liter DOHC 16-valve EFI
4-cylinder with Variable Valve Timing with intelligence (VVT-i)
148 hp @ 6,000 rpm
Full-time 4-wheel drive
Independent MacPherson strut front suspension with stabilizer bar and hydraulic shock absorbers;
Only 215 tyres as std .... P215/70R16
though can have 235 for off-road...
Edit: But again - Top speed only about 110
