Default Knee injury - advice pls

Hi all

I do a bit of running - trail mostly, but inevitably have to run on
Roads a bit

and my left knee is becoming increasingly painful, especially running on the road

Yes I have been fitted for proper running shoes etc

I have gone private and had some x-Rays done,

I'd say you need to get that checked out by a trained pro- fessional

In my considered medical opinion (I watched a few episode of ER some years ago ), either Hodgy left his PC unlocked or he necked a couple of glasses too many of his favourite Rioja with Sunday lunch.

I looked and thought you had had it pinned - but it was my mouse pointer hovering!

Can you get hold of a sports injury specialist as they must see this on a regular basis?

You are right to get it checked out properly or you will be hobbling in pain later in life.
