The suggestion was that even 3 units average daily over a week was enough to damage teh liver by 25 %

And fur up your main artery to the brain by a huge margin if you were a binge drinker

...as long as we're similar to mice

What the last few years have taught me is that life is like a lottery. You could listen to everything you are told you should do and spend most of your time worrying about it. Doesn't sound like a bundle of fun to me.

Tip of the day - Stop worrying and have fun

Life is an odds game, keep pushing the odds and eventually you will lose. Everything in moderation even what is good for you

Nice quiet bloke who saw quite often ( had boat same yard as mine) went sailing with another customer mine ( I make sails\covers) last Sunday , I didn't even know they knew each other, turns out they are ,both, builders .
It was a bit lumpy possibly and he was sea sick And had hangover apparently. They decided to turn back home ,seemed good idea.
Anyway Mick managed get home and went to bed and then died of a heart attack .

Can hardly believe it even now..

Can only suppose he had some predisposition (which yo can do something about) . But presumably he didn't

( he certainly didn't seem unfit particularly, same age me roughly 50)
