Default Do we have any machinists on?

I'm really struggling to find a part on-line or anywhere in fact.

What I'm looking for is similar to this:

But with the thread 7/16 x 28 unef.

I should be able to source a die which will make life easier.

Does someone fancy earning some beer tokens?

How would I go about getting 50 of these if the trial works?

Turned in what material? And do they need to be anodised?
And is that 7/16 x 28 unf?

What are the other dimensions, and I assume it's drilled, I'll need the diameter of that too.

A local lad used to work for a machinist, they might be interested.

Pretty sure it's UNEF for extra fine.

It's a special thread used in EN 417 applications (disposable gas cylinders).

Yes it's drilled.

Doesn't need to be anodised. Brass / Alu would probably work.

Internal dia, not sure - whatever he can get away with without losing strength.

The outlet would be an 8mm Nozzle

I'll nip round and see Luke later. if he thinks it's a goer, he'll contact his old boss...depends on what work he has on.

IF you know of a company with a CAD machine, it would be child's play.
