Default lateral Performance wiseco 99.5 mm Pistons and Closed deck block

Brand new Lateral Performance Wiseco pistons ,used to dummy build in the block also listed but never run .To fit 99.5 mm bore ( Please note they are not suitable for the block listed )

Uprated pins £450-00 inc postage to UK

Brand new never run Pennine Subaru closed deck block ,I know all the history but please read on I have had the liners checked by a local machine shop who specialize in fitting Porsche liners who have said the liners are parallel and well seated also the mains journals are aligned
We have measured the bores and they are not round so it would require a rebore to 100 mm also the liners pertrusion above the decks are not equal so the decks will need skimming .
The rear thrust conversion is in alignment and the correct width but the bearing tag grove is too wide but as our machinist says the bearing cant move due to the thrusts
So in short it needs a rebore and skim but is sold as spares therefore priced at £150-00 plus carriage
Please note I have been told of the history of the affore mentioned and am taking a £3000 loss on this block so please dont be offended if you have anymore to add and you get a blunt response
Block is modified to take m14x2 studs

We think because the liners were pressed in and not rebored afterwards

Relinered to 2.5?

Is it a ej20 that has had issues in the past and there is no more room for rebores so it has had to be linered?

The block was supplied as finished but after some feedback from other members when I listed the complete shortmotor we decided to strip and investgate and thank god I did
Hence the reason he block is for sale at a vastly reduced price
The short motor was £5300 inc vat ,if you break the prices down
Pistons £725-00
Rods £790-00
Cranks £495-00
Bearings £200-00

Total £2210-00
Block and labour £5300-£2210 = £3090
So you can see how cheap the block is I have been told it requires about £275-00 machining to finish
So for £425-00 you can have a block that cost over £3000 inc labour ,hence the reason its being sold as spares
I am selling to fund a S1 sprint car build for the 22b /MLR series in which blocks of this high spec arent allowed
