The Non-Debates have started
So does everyone still believe debates of any description are a good idea?
When Paxman started on David Cameron I thought "Hmmm, this might not have a good ending."
When Paxman was halfway through with Milliband I actually felt a bit sorry for him.
Labour felt the debates were an opportunity to trip up the Conservatives. It's a shame that so few people watch the debates (that I, on a personal level don't agree with anyway) as the Conservatives may well have played a blinder with the formats.
Milliband is totally out of his depth.

He wasn't holding back, but to be fair if I were sat in a chair opposite Milliband I'd have trouble restraining myself.
When all's said and done I don't care what it takes to keep Labour out, however harsh it seems.

He's a rabid Tory, of course he's going to declare Miliband an idiot and Cameron a genius just as rabid Labour supporter would do vice versa. The opinions of any party supporter are generally worthless as they only see and hear what they want to!

I'm foaming at the mouth, what did you think then?

Cameron appeared to be the master of avoiding any question that was either yes or no-an often used tactic , but he has been groomed for years and has a Masters in it.
Miliband to me appeared weak and attempted to use atonement for the previous labour governments historical gaffs- Miliband hoped to win a degree of sympathy by this tactic
He also would not come clean with his partnership with the SNP.
Miliband became tearful and unsettled during Paxman's onslaught - A potential leader of a country should not cave in like he did.Miliband has no substance, would be a disaster as prime minister .
Cameron is carrying alot of baggage , his wealthy connections will want favours repaid , so unfortunately Cameron has to continue and I believe he will be re-elected with a small majority with an inconvenient allegiance with UKIP.
British politics stinks , but then it always did.

These interviews weren't the most probing, even the audience questions were a bit weak. The personal questions Paxman threw at Milliband at the end made me feel uneasy, it felt like he was being bullied and nobody likes a bully.
Milliband has everything to gain from these debates as his personal ratings and expectations are so low.

Ed looks like his brother when he makes arrogant "you're nothing, Cameron!" face.
Cameron was well funny yesterday for calling Labour hopeless sneering socialists, and the chicken fancy dress campaign from Labour is just priceless!
