I can't decide if that's real or not, but if it is real then that person has absolutely no practical skills or common sense despite achieving A+ grades to become a scientist...

Sadly I have to let you know this is real, my brothers mate took it in Devon whilst paddling in the shallow end of the gene pool
he was undecide wheter to let them know, or sit and watch.
In the end photo was taken and he drove away laughing no seeing the outcome.

maybe the truck itself is going on the back of a flatbed? i so would have hung around for 20 mins hoping to see the scenario unfold.

i think you took the comment literally, theres no actual evidence to suggest the guy,s a rocket scientist.
