There is a new Administrator in our midst...
Hello Everyone,
As the cold nights draw in and Scoobynet starts to grow busier again I have decided to promote another moderator up to administrator level to ensure that the web team and members all have an administrators decision available more regularly and reliably than has been the case of late due to me having a little to much work on.
This means that the web team now have another alternative to myself & Sally when it comes to making the final decision about bans, moderation decisions and forum upgrades etc.
This gentleman has similar ideas to Sal and myself about how to move the forum forward and will be instrumental in creating the new 2011 Scoobynet that I have been planning.
This has been a hard decision for me as the web team here is excellent and I really appreciate all the work every one of them does, so I have had to make the decision of whom to choose based on my experience of their level headedness in past moderation tasks and overall behavior and interaction with the community during their membership not to mention my ability to interact with them on a personal level as there will be a lot of forum related matters to discuss in the future.
With this in mind, the new Assistant Administrator is Kieran Burns.
Kieran's name will now show in red and you can direct pretty much any admin related question to him and he can deal with it without having to run it by me if he needs / wishes to. I hope you will all support Kieran in his role as you have done Sal and I.
