Default Photoshop request Red AP Racing calipers. (Fao Bioforger aka P-shop hero)

Looking for pics of Red APs guys, preferably on a black car.

Had mine for years now and fancy a change in colour.

Would it be possible to photoshop my calipers to red, front and rear is possible.

Thanks in advance.

Frayz

Cheers for all the replies so far guys, keep em coming.
Chris, you really need to get some better photos of your car, it's too special to hide away. I want to be in keeping with the OEM AP Racing colours, so really only leaves me with Red/White of Black/Yellow.
I've had my APs on there for about 6 years now and always liked the black/yellow scheme. However, I fancy a change this winter and probably good to inject some detail colour to the exterior. It's all very black. Lol

I can see a colour change happening this winter on my AP's lol

Is it better to paint them or would it be ok to get them powder coated, unsure if powder coating brake calipers is clever though?

What would be the correct paint to use on this, obviously it would need to be some kind of heat resistant paint for obvious reasons? how would you redo the lettering on the caliper?

Letting would be hand painted before lacquer mate. From what I've seen most just use normal car paint. VHT would be an option.

Woulden't the laquer or car paint melt though through the brake temperatures on trackdays etc?

Possibly, but from what I read. Most brake refubs are done with regular paint.

Isn't the VHT red the same stuff people use on their manifolds? last one I seen was actually more orangy than red if it's the same stuff?

I do all mine in regular car paint except dedicated track brakes and I've never had an issue after many sets done.

Bumping this for Bioforger or anyone as super as him at the photoshop stuff.

Any chance you can swap my calipers to red with white lettering on here?

Need to add some colour now the cars on black rims too.

Really need to see em in red on this last pic if you can.

Thankyou
