Default bugeye headlight - cold air feed mod..anyone got pics of it done?

see this a lot on blobeyes.. anyone done it or got pics of it done on a bugeye by any chance?

Remember emb did it on his blob and it looked very good as the blob lights have the shape for it. Not so sure it would work on the bug eye light but it would be nice to see something different be done.

Curious and this will probably seem a stupid question but if you did this and the induction kit had a more direct clod air feed would it be advisable for a map tweak if your car had already been remapped for the induction kit

Not sure where you would put the hole.........Bug owners usually use the foglight

Seen blob and bug air feeds through Morette headlights, not sure how legal it is though....

Hi Eddy

I never seen on Bugeye headlights this mod,usually on Blob headlights I've seen this,but never on Bug

We are looking to using Chargespeed brake ducts for cold feed,we will see on power what we will make and I will be closely monitor temps and from this we would be going

I remember seeing something like this in the Japeneese Performance Magazine a few months back. It was the Do-Luck Impreza Bug. Here are a few pics i found by typing 'do luck bug impreza' into google.





I know it's a bit hard to see, but it gives you an idea how the mod will work.

Thanks guys, i was actuali finking about losing the flash on one side of my jdm sti headlites. It looks like it would line up really well

Seen that done on a bug............only using a WRC bumper with the indicators in the bumper though. Deffo not for road use LOL
