Looks like fun, so when you say any car is there any regs/prep that needs to be done other than what you would sensibly do for a track day

If you enter an Evo there is regs but if you enter the " guest " championship its pretty much run what you bring, there is some scoobies atoms etc... that are regulars.

Once the respray's paid for I need some brakes and a clutch, but next year's a strong possibility - might also look at the RAFMSA sprint series too which is run at Barkston Heath

I haven't looked at it for a while. I know from speaking to people that the STI Brembos are a good upgrade for the classics, as they are lighter. I'm torn between Brembos and 330mm k-sports, but if some cheap alcons came up after I've paid off the respray I'd snap them up.

I'm not going as extreme as I still want to use it on the road - more extreme than some but keeping the carpets and curtains

alcons would be a good choice ,but biased with the k sports...!

You'll love it, i,ve not been to Lydden but have had very good reviews of it.
