Talking I've fitted Footwell lights (will it add another 6 bhp?)

Done this, this afternoon.

must add more BHP

Dead easy to wire up.

+&- on the strip lights.
taken power from the cig lights, so they come on when ignition is on.. while your driving etc.
Feed the wire at the back of the dash by using a straightened out coat hanger

These are the 5050 SMD strp lights, so the brightest you can get. Being flat and with double sided tape on the other side, made them stick under dash fine

Pleased with the results, the RED goes well with the car, don't you think?

I was thinking coming into this thread, "great another fast and furious wanna be to troll" but NO. It actually looks pretty sweet. Well done

I'd rather have them on a switch though. At night those lights would get annoying.

Not for me I'm a afraid, too bright and would be offputting at night.

Are you allowed legally to have lights on all the time at night in ther interior?

Very Ford Mustangish. Love all car neons, I kinda miss the bodykitted days. Police, Cameras, congestion, credit crunch, speed bumps etc etc have killed it all off, nothing is PI anymore.

I can remember about 15 years ago the only cars you'd see after 7pm were Taxis and boyracers. "Is that a copper behind us Gaz?"
