Default First pics of my wagon and an idea for change

I bought this in January and only just got round to getting pictures and putting them up!
Bought it on Pistonheads but the guy was also on here and no real problems so far, touch wood. LOVE the impreza experience as this is my first one, every day is fun!

Im thinking of changing the wheels to the (02?) STI ones, they look similar to but nicer than the WRX ones it came with. Thinking of going for gunmetal/anthracite when I get them and so I had a doodle on photoshop last night.
Also want the rear skirts colour coding (I know Ive done a sh*t job of that bit on the pics) but thought about leaving the side skirts as they are so they kind of match the wheels and other dark grey details.

Opinions are welcomed on my ideas

Hi mate,
Nice Classic I had one of these a few years ago and even used it as one of my wedding cars
Know the wheels you're talking about.. yes you're right the Sti7 10 spoke in gold would look nice resprayed graphite, but you can buy them already like that.. they came on the WR1s before the dealer fitted big PFF7s .. there's bound to be someone selling them at some point.
Here's mine to give you an idea..

As for colour coding if you can afford it I think it'd look great
Hope this helps,
Steve

Hi Tom,
You can get 17"s and 18"s ..the ones pictured above were straight off a WR1 and are 18"s ( with 225/40/18 tyres ) , the rears rubbed a bit so watch out ..On another wagon I had I put the 17"s on ( they had 215/45/17 tyres )..here ..

If you graphited them I think they'd look great too .. Ah ..brings back happy memories
Cheers,
Steve

deffo get the sti rims . i think they suit a classic down to the ground . for the silver id go with a gunmetal or satin black finish and plus you can fit brembos under them had em on an old classic and i loved em

So do I .. WAGONS RULE That wagon was my favourite .. it'd cost me mental money to get my current 1 up to that spec again .. PPP, Prodrive Springs , STi scoop

The spending can be endless eh?!
Think the gunmetal would look very smart on ur Classic
