Default Any pics of 18"'s on a Blob WRX with standard suspension.

Hi folks,

I am looking to change the standard 17" alloys on my 2004 WRX. I would like to go for 18"'s but don't want the car to look like it is on stilts due to the standard suspension setup. Can't afford to lower it at the moment so just wondered if anyone had a pic of their Bug / Blob with 18"'s but still running at standard height.

What are people's opinions ?

Cheers,

Wilky.

I've 18's on my 2004 WRX with totally standard suspension (lowering is the next mod i'm wanting to do), they are Rota GRAs. Any use?

Two other pics from other angles are in my 'garage'.
From certain angles I think it looks high, from others I don't think it's too bad.

Thanks mate - just what I needed to see. I agree - I don't think it looks too high at all. Did you go for a 35 series tyre or a 40 ?

They are 225/40/18.
What wheels are you thinking of getting?
I was worried it would send my spedo out changing to 18's, but if anything it's made it closer to what speed my sat nav says i'm doing.
