got my front mount finally fitted, ETS intercooler with 3.5" core, core was painted to keep it a bit more discreet behind the grilles - just need to get the map tweaked now for it!
replaced the horns with set of fiamms at same time.

anybody running adjustable fuel pressure regulator on their hatch? looking a little bit more headroom on the injectors and this could be more cost efficient than a set of injectors

I need some help from anyone who has fitted an STI front cross member support kit like this, lower picture.
I managed to get this second hand from Jap Performance parts, but it is missing the bolts and washers, so I would really appreciate any info on sizes and fitting. Did you fit this, Don?
I also got the lower flexi bar, below, £ 125 for both, bit of a bargain

Top man as ever; thank you.
The brackets are on it, that's just a pic that I pulled.
Is it correct that this lower bar was superceded by the flexi draw stiffeners that you have? Japan Parts suggest it's one or the other, not both.

The flexi draw stiffeners originally came in with JDM revision "C" (pillow ball bearing/bush at rear of front lower lateral link rather than rubber bush - UK MY11) but on the fitting instructions it has a tension setting for revisions A & B as well - stiffer due to the rubber bushes used.
Yes - its one or the other not both.

New discs and pads
Hi all, need some advice on discs and pads (I know has been talked about a lot, but seeking some sensible advice, mainly on pads!).
My front discs seem ok, but my rears are looking like an old vinyl and grinding. All pads are quite low, with right rear probably the cause of the issues.
Now what's the major difference in standard discs and uprated pads vs uprated discs? I don't do track work, car is mainly used in Scotland, so do use get up to some decent driving on our local roads (in Fife).
Is it worth just going standard on the rear and save for an upgrade in the future or just do it all in one now?
TIA
James
*EDIT* - Eurocarparts still have an offer on, so I ordered two standard rear brembos for 83 quid, which I didnt think was too bad. Now to look for pads, I am thinking DS2500?

Is there such a thing as a kit to install an AOS on 08+?
I have the actual AOS just no pipes or fittings. Any links or parts list much appreciated.

To do what I did above - cutting the oem pipe from the intercooler fixed pipework and rotating one piece to matchup, you will need a couple of extra straight coulpers.
I got mine from
