TBH, the worst bit to keep clean are the wheels, white with brake dust don't go well together.
As for the off road, not at all, it may be 4WD, but it has no ground clearance (at least not anymore) and there's no low ratio setting like you get on proper off-roaders so any sort of difficulty and you are stuck.
