So a couple of weeks ago a deer decided it would be a good idea to commit suicide using the frontend of my car The damage doesn't look too bad, just cosmetic, but in fact it cost £1300 to repair. The wing, arch liner and bonnet were messed up as well as what you can see below, this was after I tidied it up a bit and removed deer remains, glass etc, the bumper was hanging off to Thanks alot you furry ****** ...

Anyway I decided, well as it's in for paint (and on insurance ) why not get some other bits done. So I had a full respray of the frontend done, including bonnet, new bumper (obviously), wings, door mirrors, chip on rear quarter and I added a colour coded STi6 front lip spoiler, fog lamp covers (I'm sick of replacing cracked fog lamps at £65 a pop) and new crystal light pack to complete the look. All I paid was the labour to do so, my insurance excess and a bit of prepping for the bonnet The total cost would of been £2350 otherwise

These pics really don't do it justice, it decided to p1ss down, just as I finished cleaning it, so I backed it into the garage in a hurry The bodyshop did a sweet job, what do you reckon?

P.s A deer was harmed in this latest production, but he didn't suffer, RIP

My brother has hit a cow in the past, I think you get more points for a cow hit. Was in a Mk5 Cortina, amazing how much damage can be done by a cow- the animal just walked off- the car however wasn't going anywhere!!!

Sad to see a damaged scoob tho mate, not what you need or expect!

to say you hit a deer the damage wasnt too bad, ive seen cars that have hit dogs and even a horse once and they might have well just taken them straight to the breakers. cars looking well now though, nice finish.

One thing, I would pop out the wedges and do 'em matt black. . . . they just don't look "right" as if they should've been taken out before the paint and someone forgot. . . .
