hi mate, this gauge is fitted into my bugeye mate,so yeah is the answer to your question.
to be honnest its a job which i chose not to try,and watching the guy fit mine im glad i didnt do it myself. cost me £40 to have fitted which isnt to bad.
my gauge when switched on,shows my cars voltage which tells me that all is ok with my battery, then after 50 seconds it switches to boost mode. this then shows me how much boost my turbo is generating (im running 1 bar of boost at the moment) so my gauge will go upto 1.0 max. by watching my gauge during driving i can see if my turbo is boosting as it should.
what make gauge is it?
does it display the boos in the middle after it has switched?
looks good, got the same type pod but in normal plastic.
hi mate, thanks for the comment, its made by Auto Gauge, yes it displays the cars voltage for 50 seconds then switches to boost mode, then every 10mins goes back to voltage for 50 seconds again. it has the numerical display in the middle and the bar around the edge (as in the pic above)
Can you get a vid of it in action? I quite fancy one of these, it looks nice! I take it the amber lights increase with boost? Do you run into the green? Video, video!
