Default Photos of HID Group buy installed...

thanks to K18llr for organising the group buy and Vision Performance....

I thought I would take some photos of my install of these Hid's
Absolute piece of cake to fit - 2 wires either side of the car!
Photos were taken during the day so you can see it's not total darkness but you get to see the difference between Xenon HID and Phillips blue vision side lights...

Install 1st...
Cable going into back of Prodrive projector lamps...

Ballast units securly fitted to bottom of airbox via Halfords super sticky numberplate fixers! and to Car battery

Photos of HIDS on during the day 2.30pm

Cheers
Andy

Nice tidy install. You had it out in the dark yet? Makes a big difference IMO.

That looks fab.

Porjectors are the only way that HIDs will work.

Cheers for the comments...

massve difference in the dark compared to standard vision plus bulbs...

I have now fitted superlux led side lights as well which look the same white as the hid's...and are vey bright!

Really finishes the lighting off....

they are available on ebay - do a search for superlux led and you will find them..

How much of a difference? Using Osram Silverstar H1 at the minute. How does main beam compare after HID dip?

Andy.
