Last week saw me actually get the quad headlamps I'd been going on for ages about, got them at good price as well (thanks Need For Speed)
Got round to fitting them on saturday. so the blackbeast® now has a nice new set of eyes, so both of as can see better now!
Pictures can be found here:
Morette Pictures
The more interesting of the pics show the gap between the grill and the lamp unit. If you're a pre 1996 owner then take a look as it's not as bad as I thought, and I can live with this gap, so go on, get some quads!
if you want fitting guide then look here:

Thanks guys.
POC,
They were about 294 quid, including VAT and delivery, which is not bad.
got them from Need For Speed
cheapest I could find for morettes on the net.
I ordered them on the wednesday afternoon, and they turned up on the thursday morning, totally amazing!

Ok, I'll let you in on a secret, I did actually get the whole lot for 280 quid, inc VAT and delivery.
294 was the normal price.
have looked at scoobymania and price is 283.13 ex delivery (I think!) so think it'd be about 291 in total, so not too much difference.
BTW - how come you did not fit the morettes to your little beasty? would have looked really mean

Question for you Markus...
From the pictures, it looks like the outer pair of lights get brighter when going from dipped onto main beams.
Am I right?
On my Morettes, the only change from dipped to full / main is the inner lamps come on.
Chris.

ChrisB,
Ok, outer light (dipped main beam) is H4, Phillips Vision Plus to be precise (get some, they are great!) inner light is full main beam, and is H2, apparently the only place you can get the H2's is directly from Cibbie, unles anyone knows any different. If only they were H4's instead, but then it'd be like divine light

Hi Markus,
Already got the Vision Plus in my Morettes. Will have a look in some catalogues tonight for options for the main beams.
PIAA will probably do some but for Ł60+VAT a pair, I'd probably save that towards some HIDs.
Cheers,
Chris.

Oi! Kim NO!!!!! don't you start on about the gap!
yup, copying you again, and will be even more of a copycat when I get the downpipe, but as for the brakes, well, I might have a nice little suprise there, but not for a little while yet.

Dom,
Temped, but I realIy want these:
They are the movit porsche setup, very nice indeed, about 1300 + vat though, and mentions of 10mm spacers, so not 100% sure about them, but they are nice!
basically this is the pukka porsche setup.
it's either these or an AP racing 4-pot.
decisions, decisions

I am dissapointed.
The porsche brakes say brembo on them, not movit. i would rather have aps for tart factor.
PS. markus, I would not put the R symbol after your blackbeast name if it is not registered. For a start it isnt a recognised symbol, second of all, if it were, you can be sued, so dont be tempted to change it to rtm.

Thanks adam,
only reason I used the ® symbol was blackscooby started claiming he's was the blackbeast, so I thought I'd register mine
just me being silly.
gotta love them movit brakes, regardless of the name on the caliper
