I have a black STI V5 on a T plate. Mine is totaly standard with about the same mileage & I paid £7500 for it only 2 weeks ago. With the mods you have I should imagine you would get anything from £8000 upwards, Advertise it at £8600 , let her go for £8500.
Awesome car by the way.

This looked fantastic on pistonheads to be honest, I was so tempted, but having just bought a house and now having a new kitchen being put in, in a couple of weeks leaves me short for cash.
Great looking car, all the best for the sale.

Btw, I swear this used to be my cousin's car - Did you buy it from Simon in Bristol?
If so, she's a beaut.

What a coincidence!
Very nice car btw. I know Simon spent a lot of money on that car prior to you buying keepin it all in order and uprating the parts.
There was a time when Simon, his brother (Chris) and I all had Subaru's - family events were like Subaru meets!
Anyone interested in this car should be aware that it is the most clean example I have ever seen of a classic STi and obviously owned by true enthuisasts (if I have spelt that correctly)
Fee Bttt is your look to sell RB5RLP.
How doe's it compare to the RB5?

Be very tempted with the newage STI in black (Mine is too!) I thought that comming from a classic to newage would be a bit of a letdown, but I have never looked back:
1. Servicing every 12 months not 6
2. Much better interior
3. More planted/settled handling
I also found the insurance to be cheeper too.
Do it - you won't regret it.

Cheers Guys
Cant believe the attention the STi has got since I put her on Pistonheads.com so far..... I have had the following calls...
1. Saxo boy £5k yeah right plus £3995
2. Swop for a Mitsi Evo 5 (was mint)
3. Part ex for a Mitsi VR4
4. Kenny from Scotland cash deal
5. Swop for a 2001 Golf 2.8 V6 4motion
6. Swop for an Evo 6 GSR
7. 53 plate GTI 206 180
Not a bad response so far I think.......

Never trust anyone called kenny from Scotland!!!!!!!
But IMO your should hold out for the newage. Keep a bit back though for mods as personally, I found that they don't feel so quick (until you look at the speedo!) as a classic. Good luck with the sale.
