feeling the styling of the later 5 & 6's they look fresher, did the ver4 have the facelift later on that year b4 the ver5 came out as i have seen some for sale with new bumpers. is this standard or owners preferance.

UK Turbo is all but sold. Have someone coming all the way down from Scotland next weekend to pick it up. Which is a bit bizarre as I bought the STi 6 a few weeks back from another guy in Scotland.

v5 and v6 are almost identical. One way to tell is the spoiler, but the better test is the clutch start in a v6 (ie, you can't start a v6 unless you have the clutch down).

Had a claim last year so ncb is out the window. Quote with all mods declared (even bushes!) and power output in the region of 450bhp+, like for like, was £1500 for the 1st year. (Extensively modified & 2.5). Age-27. Keith Michaels.

http://home.arcor.de/goep/STi.htm
it's in german but if you click on the small pictures (or the "foto" buttons") you'll get to see all versions.
