Default maybe the end? - a couple of pics

Further to a post i put up about my car being modded at the back for me, here's a couple of pics. it doesn't look too bad in these but i'll take a couple from inside the boot to show the nice crumple that he made of it.

pic of the exhaust shows how far in it's gone. should be taking it to a garge for a quote later today.

any suggestions for what i should make sure they check (mechanicals wise) if it get's agreed to be repaired? i was thinking the awd system and the geometry for starters.

That exhaust is very bent Do you a photo of the side view? It looks from that view as if it has been shortened judging by the boot lid but the quarter doesn't look damaged

lol!! at t-cut!!

yup runs, idles quite well still. but not much power there. the kinks in the exhaust seem to have restricted it somewhat!!! i'll be taking it very easy on the way to the garage!!

not yet. i'll take some later so you can have a look. the 1/4 has moved round slightly under the boot. now that i've opened the boot it can't be sut as the part of the body work where the catch is has moved in and the boot closes down onto the top of the nearside 1/4. shut lines on the rear doors don't seem to have been affected though.

if you look closely you can see the rear bumper mount / end of the chassis rail is bent slightly. not a great pic. i'll take a better one and get it posted.

yeah when i described it first of all it was just after it happened so was really peed off about it. calmed down a bit now. just got back from taking it to the garage and it drives fine. doesn't pull left or right. 1st gear is a bit tight to engage now though

took it down to the garage that i want to repair it this morning. seems promising. said it's easily fixable. i've seen this guys work as well and it looks superb.

got a call today from the dad of the guy that hit my car offering to pay for it rather than go through the insurance. you can guess what my answer was!!
