maybe the end? - a couple of pics
Further to a post i put up about my car being modded at the back for me, here's a couple of pics. it doesn't look too bad in these but i'll take a couple from inside the boot to show the nice crumple that he made of it.
pic of the exhaust shows how far in it's gone. should be taking it to a garge for a quote later today. any suggestions for what i should make sure they check (mechanicals wise) if it get's agreed to be repaired? i was thinking the awd system and the geometry for starters. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...e/100_1200.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...e/100_1198.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...e/100_1197.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...e/100_1199.jpg |
T-CUT?
|
Blimey does the car run with the exhaust bent like that!!
|
That exhaust is very bent  Do you a photo of the side view? It looks from that view as if it has been shortened judging by the boot lid but the quarter doesn't look damaged
|
lol!! at t-cut!!
yup runs, idles quite well still. but not much power there. the kinks in the exhaust seem to have restricted it somewhat!!! i'll be taking it very easy on the way to the garage!! |

if you look closely you can see the rear bumper mount / end of the chassis rail is bent slightly. not a great pic. i'll take a better one and get it posted. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...umpermount.jpg |

got a call today from the dad of the guy that hit my car offering to pay for it rather than go through the insurance. you can guess what my answer was!! |
