Very Nice motor, really like that colour

I wish I had the grey instead of the silver

Just noticed that the ride height on your 05 looks higher than my 04 ??? Especially at the back. (I Should have taken the body out of the boot ).
OK, so it may settle a little with age but my car has covered less than 5,000 miles.
Is there a difference in ride height between an 04 and 05 or between a JDM and UK version??
Have included a couple of shots, taken at similar angles, of my car.
Is it my immagination ?? Or is it the tyre profile?
Anyway, fab car, congrats

Can't argue with the choice of colour

Here's mine, 700 miles on the clock, and its service is on Monday

What tyres is yours on? Did you change them?

Yes, mine is a JDM (courtesy of Mr Litchfield) and it does seem to sit a little lower than yours (it is still on the standard suspension - well, until Monday anyway ).

Your tyres look very different to my RE 070s though, they seem to have more grooves

Each to their own on wheel colour, but I wont be changing the colour (even if I change the wheels)

So I was right !! 2nd post by the way in case you missed it

The JDM appears to ride lower, both in 04 and 05 model.
Is this a new observation or is it just another difference between JDM and export models???

I have taken mine to 5k on the odd occasion when I just couldnt hold it in... not very often I may add

Hope it wont cause any damage :/ soon gets to good old 4k on the rev counter.... btw nice colour although I am biased

The tyres also look a lot different to mine many more grooves .. mine are bridgestone need to check the numbers though. Mine seem to look a lot more slick like if ya catch my drift?

My tyres look very much like the ones XRS has on his... mines a Type UK 05 STi

Budgie, you prolly have the RE 070 tyres with the special anti wet grip formula with improved tramlining effect

I CANNOT wait to rid my car of these abominations!!!

I love em, fantastic grip in todays spring weather with great feedback and steering feel. It took 100 miles or so to scrub them in.
