5 speed box instead of 6 (ala Evo VII)
Steel roof instead of ally (bonnet is still ally though)
MR uses bilstein dampers
Exhaust now has 2 cat's instead of just 1 (although I read various places that they are already high flow/sports cat type things)
Think most else is exact same as other evos - has the same SAYC, ACD and stuff.

if and when I finally get my MR300 (which I am saving up for) I will be getting rid of the huge ugly rear wing and putting a 260 spoiler in it's place, looks so much better IMHO.
Less likely to attract unwanted attention.
