Bought my brand new ST170 in Feb 2004 in Imperial blue


Metallic Paint
Rear Spolier
ESP

Custom Pack (Driver/Passenger Heated Recaro Midnight Black Lauren Embossed Leather Seats, 9006 6 X CD Audiophile Sound System and Metallic Paint)

Comfort Pack (Electronic Automatic Air Conditioning, Quickclear Windscreen, Xenon Headlamps)

i came about £20000 but my i paid £14000 as my father in law works for ford and i think i got a Good deal......

i m 24 yrs old and my insurence is £1800 F/C with tesco

Now i m thinking to sell it and get a Subaru Impreza WRX

One u drive a All Wheel Drive car you'll NEVER return to a 2WD car ever again, well thats what my dads says on his second scoob!

A quick look at Autotrader and 53 plate ST170's seem to be around £10-12k with a few goodies, so add a couple more £k's and you could be looking at a blobeye WRX 03 (52/03 plate). Brace yourself for the insurance quote though at 24

Tesco were the best for me at 22 or 23, whatever age i was when i got my 1st Scoob.

I replaced my Rover Turbo with a Scooby when I turned 25 , then sold the Scooby to a freind who offered me good money for it. Bought a Focus (with Turbo conversion) to run around in for a few months, was a fun car but now i'm back in a Scooby and loving it . As already mentioned, once you go AWD you never really enjoy FWD.

That's not necessarily true. I've had 3 4x4 cars (2 sierra 2.9 4x4s & an Integrale) but the most fun car I've ever owned was my £300 Carlton gsi 3000
