Thumbs up Prodrive Spring Kit fitted - (Sorry about cr@p photo's)

Before

After (I cleaned it the night before - now look at it!)

The difference it's made to the handling is wicked

And thats not a training wheel at the back (bottom pix) or a wooden spoiler extension (top pix)

Hi Danny,

The handling is greatly improved. It’s a bit of a cliché , but it is like driving a different car at higher speeds. High speed, straight line stability is now feels much “safer”, and the “lightness ” has gone from the front. The ride quality is, IMHO better for being firmer; it’s not “jarring” at all. I cannot recommend the upgrade enough! Worth every penny.

Mikkk, has it made the ride even firmer as I reckon the STI has a very firm ride as it is. Is it literally lower but with same ride quality or lower with a harder ride. Also, how much did you pay if you don't mind, fitted?

Post Price

Cost £263 supplied and fitted. Fitted at Westaway Northants. 10% discount for SIDC. Subaru warranty paid for one spring to be removed due to leaking shocker.

Hope this helps.

One week on and the springs feel to be "softening" a bit. It's still sticking to the road, and still worth it!

Plus i noticed that there is less wind noise when on the motorway ? would this be because the front is pointing a little lower ?
