lol ...only get a turbo if you *want* a turbo
Very nice! I love the wheels, really suit the car...and I agree, colour coding & getting rid of the orange is fantastic, makes the car look more "together"
Nice one
(sorry, can't spell)

hey thanks heaps everyone, really appreciate the comments. Don't worry, I'm off to the wreckers this weekend to see if I can't find myself a few bits a peices.
ice man, DrEvil - I would consider lowering her, but the roads in NZ are littered with road humps, dipping driveways. It's like living on Mt Doom! I haven't got the bodykit fitted yet, and hopefully that won't alter the ride-height too much (thinking about an MRO kit as imported). I'll be posting a Q in suspension forum to get ideas about which springs would be good for my use.
Jen, danny boy - for some reason I find myself totally turned off by wheels with more than 6 spokes, but unfortunately so many ScoobyNetters have wheels that look like spiderwebs!
Any suggestions on anything

Hi Huffer, Welcome to Scooby Net ! Kings springs (NZ) do progressive rate springs in standard, low and super low sizes.. I have a set of super lows with 17's on my white WRX fridge, roads in NZ are'nt that bad !!

newport, Krade, Nick - thanks for the comments!
Crusty! Nice to see I'm not the only Kiwi on this board! I beg to differ with you over the condition of NZ roads though - you ever done a Wellington-Palmy-Napier-Taupo-Hamilton-Auckland circuit? It's like the WRC!
Seriously now, how do the King Springs go for you? I'd be looking at a 35mm drop at most, what did you do?

tru dat barge, tru dat.
I'll be getting that done the same time I do the handles and the rear spoilers. Which might take awhile as it's not a big mod, and I'll do the big stuff first (powerplant increase!).

Hi Huffer, Yeah the Super lows are the 35mm drop version. These work 100% on my car... I'm using KYB - AGX shocks with them, nice upgrade without being too hard !!

Yo Crusty - I checked out some of your pics man - that's some wicked stuff you and your car have been in - I can't believe the amount of modding you've done! I think I'll have to go find a copy of Hi Octane and get a better look. Next time I'm in Auckland I'm going to keep my eyes peeled!
King Springs you reckon? Hmm - I'll have to check it out with the boys here in Welly.
Cheers!
PS. How bout them Blues this weekend, did you Auckers proud huh?
