Isnt it a legal requirement for all cars to have number plates, I'm sure any owners would have removed their plates on site if they wished to remain anonymous ?
Anyway lovely piccys, except the HKS evo with the gay tape over the headlights to make it look like a twin light conversion, how cheap can you get...........
