Saw it ages ago in Fast Car magazine...
Its a metallic purple classic impreza (French I think) with White leather interior, BMW arches, Civic rear clusters and chrome 5 spokes.
Anyone have any pictures of this car??
Cheers,
Jon

I will have to stick my hand up to owning the Purple Scooby in the top 3 photos. I had my Scooby sprayed purple in June 1999 along time before the French Scooby was sprayed purple, before anyone says I only copied him.

At the time everyone who knew about my plans to spray a blue Scooby purple thought I had realy lost the plot. When I said it was going to be purple I dont think they realised how purple I ment

My Scooby has been stood up in a garage the last few months due to a blown gearbox, but a couple of weeks ago I got it out into the sunshine and I had forgot how LOUD the paint work is. I just stood there looking and laughing to myself like a mad man. It made me remember why I dont mind all the hassel and expense that goes with it, like my replacement gearbox that has just seized up within 100 metres of fitting it

Do I regreat getting my Scooby sprayed purple ? Not 1 minute.

Good news I got my gearbox back Sunday and fitted it, all seams OK this time. Gave it a blast around the streets of Southampton today, I forgot how much attention it gets and how quick it is, even on only 1 bar boost due to the ice conditions

I enquired about a few more mods today but I will keep quite about them until a decision is made.

Colin, a Scooby driver again.

Salsa-King - is it me or is the kit on that site slightly boxier than the purple scoob, or is it me?

Icy.
