No i know its an A-class should have known better as my brother has one. Its got that nice fold back roof too. Mind you it could be a ML series too as they have one, not quite big enuf i think though. So yeah A-class

Or it could be an X5....looks like a BMW from the steering wheel....used to own an M3 with similar wheel
