well somebody told me once that there is no space in the engine bay for anything else, now I've prooved it wrong. Got myself in and still some space to fit air intake hose too

This is the engine that went when you were off on holiday?

Is it a UK can and howe many miles had it done?

That's the one, that went on the holiday.

It is UK car and at that time it had about 99 000 miles on the clock. It's a lot but these cars should last at least until 250 000 miles, I think.

It only took them about a day and a bit to change it.

Kate/Rob,

Did they replace the whole engine or only bits of it? Did you keep the bits?
