Very Impressed with the 2.5 engine, it looks the dogs bo**ocks let alone the potential power increase. I also like the door mirrors on the brown Scooby, what make are they ?

I have also noticed 1 of the Scooby's runing an Apexi blow off valve, I have recently fitted 1 along with with an Apexi front mounted intercooler and the blow off valve keeps dumping all the boost pressure when ever it feels like it. I have removed the blow off valve and problem has not reappeared, so it is definatley the blow off valve causing the problem. I have tried adjusting the spring pessure useing the adjusting screw with no improvement. Do you know if the tunning companies in NZ use an uprated spring in the blow off valve as knowone else in the UK seems to running 1. I am running 1.3 bar boost.

Cheers Colin.

If I was going to do a custom paint job, I'm pretty sure brown wouldn't be my first choice

Carl,

No I wouldn't of chosen brown, I had mine sprayed purple 3 years ago and everyone thought I was mad then, but people have seen the light now it is nearly completed ( 1st place SIDC national day show and shine comp a couple of weeks ago ).

The standard scoop can't be reversed, it's a custom one that came with the kit, to use if you had front mounted your 'cooler
