Just a few pics taken on Sunday

Honest, our car is there (taken on our helicopter flight, bottom left hand corner, with the sun glinting off the rear windscreen )

Don't normally post number plates, but I couldn't resist this one

Cheers
Chris&Sal

Who's that driving the silver rear-engined thing (Auto Union?)
It looks like Bernie Ecclestone (and I know he's got a v.rare Auto Union).

BTW JPS Lotuses look

Thanks Fizz - couldn't remember the guys name, but I'm sure I recognised him!!

Tuscan is a lovely car - the new Tuscan R that went up the hill was even better!

I think I'm right in saying that they had the largest ever gathering of Lotus F1 cars there - they were brilliant. Seeing the black and gold JPS F1 cars going up the hill brought back some of my earliest memories of F1.

Cheers

We followed the Tuscan R back up the M6 towards Blackpool for a while but we had to press on and left it behind!
Brilliant day out as usual, anyone see the street legal Aston Martin dragster? Awesome.

Did the quattro do the hill? And did it squeal like a pig on gearchanges? If so, I've seen it on the hill over here, and boy is it fast!

Certainly did This is Walter Rohrl's car used on the Pikes Peak Challenge, so quite possibly was in Guernsey. Toerag - is that the hill climb they do in St Peter Port? - if so I saw this years ago on a family holiday - great to watch
