I have an ally MAF/filter adaptor. Never used.
But can't remember if it's for the earlier green label MAF or the later orange and purple ones.
I can give you the MAF bolt centre pitches: 92mm wide by 51mm high.
It accepts a filter with a min.75/76mm (3") flange inside diameter.
It comes with a flexible rubber gasket on the MAF side, and all nuts, bolts and washers.

You'll need to ask him what their flange inner dias. are. If any are no smaller than 76mm, then they'll be fine. You could probably get away with a 74mm flange inner dia... But you might need to use fairy liquid and/or dipping the filter's rubber flange in a bowl of boiled water for a couple of mins. It worked for me.
You can have it for what I paid, mate.
Dug out the transaction details: it only cost me £6.95! So that, plus whatever "RM SD before 1pm" comes to. I guess it'll be IRO of a tenner or so.

Nah, they're miles to wide .
You need to go on K&N website and use their filter chooser wizard. Set the "flange inner dia" to 76mm. Then you can choose the largest possible "base dia" and overall "height" (for the biggest filter possible for your particular engine bay space)... Then it'll show up a list of suitable filters.

Tip: for any given height, you get (slightly) more surface area with their "universal straight" filters (parallel sides) -- engine bay room-dependent. But there's not much choice.
So do the above search for BOTH "universal straight", and the more common "universal tapered" options.

Study that diagram at the foot of the page.
