Default What gauges to go for this time ?

I've currently got 5 prosport peak / warning gauges fitted and have had them in previous cars , but am looking to change them for something else , I can't bring myself to fork out for defi's and just wondered what else is out there of similar quality etc

Only Defi or Stack are worth fitting IMHO. If you have a Syvecs or Alcatec a Toucan could be another option.

Defi are the only choice.
Prosport are the best budget brand by far.

Hi there

All gauges are good, just main difference between them are sensors and functionality/quality

Something like best reading gauge doesn't exist, all gauges over read or in few cases under read, have run like Shadow,DeFi or even Prosoport and all of them has been OK for us

All gauges have plus and minus points, like for DeFi you can find their sensors are expensive or hard to get over here, with other gauges, quality of sensors is big let down on them, but on Shadow what we run,we never have any issue with them

Best sensors what we run has been for Syvecs/AlcaTek from Tim@JT Innovations http://www.jti.uk.com with those sensors we are never have any issue and reading has been just great, really depends on what ECU you are running and what you want from gauges etc

Or MoTeC, or MBE and, soon GEMS, (new) SimTek and probably Haltech and Link/Vi-PEC too

Like the look of them depo's to be fair , I have always been happy with my prosports but the sensor quality is a let down , and for nearly the price of the gauge my oil pressure sensor bugs me to have to replace ,
I'm running the latest alcatek ecu so the shadow pro series look like they could be on the cards , I love the defi's but for the money I just can't see how they are that much better than the rest
