Osram Nightbreakers, Philips Extreme, Halford Ultra Brilliance, or Ring 120% uprated.
That's assuming you want to SEE and not just be seen?
The above are optically correct and give good light output and accurate beam pattern.
They aren't blue, but pure white.
Your car, your choice.

Wouldn't touch unbranded ebay ones.
most are cheap, far-eastern stuff.
Auto Express does a regular yearly bulb test.
Cheap ones and even 100W cheapo ones usually come out worse than a decent STANDARD halogen
It's because they aren't made very accurately: a difference of only 0.25mm in the position of the filament means a difference in beam pattern that is staggering, which, in turn, means less light where it needs to be.
I was once shown this on a rally car in the Cibie tent. The lights LOOKED great, but a couple of turns on the adjusters turned great into awesome.
So get them checked for alignment too

Ring is the name of a UK bulb/lighting manufacturer, near Leeds iirc.
Here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_...0%25%20uprated
Those others are:
Cheap copies.
NOT uprated,
Higher wattage...this can cause wiring problems.
An uprated bulb still draws the same current, but shines brighter.
Eg: a Ring 120% uprated 60W bulb gives the same light as a 130W one.
But still only draws 5A. So the wiring stays cool.
Cheap high wattage bulbs have been shown to give less light where it needs to be than a decent standard bulb.
The rest is lost as as scatter, so disappointing for the driver, awful for oncoming drivers.
