Side repeaters broken

Side repeaters broken
I went to the local eastern european car wash and they bloody broken both side repeaters 
Car is a 06 plate blob, and the repeaters are sealed units which are just hanging off the wire in the wings.
Ive stuck them back on with blue tac, could anybody guide me to the correct repeaters i need to buy, bought some off ebay but they dont include the grey holder part that attaches to the body.
