help please!! throttle position sensor correct reading?

Default help please!! throttle position sensor correct reading?

im having issues with the throttle position sensor at the min,got a friend who is popping over to set it up in the week,he has asked me to find out the correct settings,is 0.5v closed throttle 4.3v open throttle right for a 98 uk

Those voltages sound about right, usually a ~0.5v margin each end for diagnostics.
