hello.i have just brought a impreza wrx on an 02 plate english version.i got it cheap because the immobilier has kicked in.the car locks and unlock on the botton.put the key in and all the dash lights come on as normal.turn the key to start it and the alarm goes off.happens eveytime.has any one had any problems like this befor.thanks phil

I know mine has a master code you type in to reset it, don't know if that helps you.
The keypad is in the drop down to the right of the steering wheel

where abouts do i find the master code.i'll have to see if mine has a key pads

Mine came with the car, its a code on a card.
The keypad is to the right of the steering wheel.
I keep the code in my mobile should I even need it

philly - i'm new too - mine has been working fine until now - then its just died - have u sorted yours ? im on a 01 plate and have a keypad

i got a key pad on mine.but its not workin.is yours working if so try looking @ frustrating immobiliser problems.tells you how to reset the immobilier.im think that is the problem with mine.coz i can unlock and lock the car on the key.go to start the car all lights up but nothing.do you have this problem as well.
